With xMon we frequently simulate the main, most used end-user actions: logon to the application, open, save, move and delete documents and perform search actions. The timings and results of these actions are instantly compared with the pre-set thresholds. Deviations out of the ordinary will automatically be reported to the support team to be further investigated.
