The xFlow Managed Services offering is intended for xFlow customers who require a broader support service, on top of the one offered by the standard WMD Support & Maintenance agreement.
xFlow for Invoices solution is critical to our customer’s financial and administrative operational activities. It is therefore crucial that issues such as application availability are backed-up by efficient troubleshooting tools; software version upgrades activities are well-thought out taking into account the customer-specific environment and overall strategy. This way full advantage is taken from xFlow (new) solutions’ functionality in the light available fixes, patches and product roadmaps.
X-Center is well positioned to offer these Managed Services as we can build on long term Purchase to Pay for SAP expertise, in combination with an excellent knowledge of our customers' environments.
